How to verify your Paypal account

Some games can't be purchased at Nuuvem without a verified Paypal account in your country.

If you are unable to complete a purchase, your PayPal account may still have an “unverified” status. This happens because, even though you may have already verified your e-mail, phone number and even credit cards, PayPal may continue to consider your account as “unverified” until you add/link a bank account to your PayPal account. :(
 
It’s important to note that adding/linking your bank account to PayPal will in no way give Nuuvem access to any of your banking information or funds. This process is entirely internal to PayPal and does not involve Nuuvem in any way.
 
After linking your account, you should be able to finish your transaction at Nuuvem by using any of your preferred payment methods!
 
To verify your account, all you have to do is to follow the steps in just one of the three options below: 
 
Option A:
  1. Click here (or copy and paste the full link: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_show-limits&req_from=view_limits);
  2. Log in with your PayPal account;
  3. Select your preferred account linking option (if more than one option is available);
  4. Follow the instructions given;
 
Option B:
  1. Log into your PayPal account - https://www.paypal.com;
  2. Click on “Summary” on the top menu (if you are not there already);
  3. Click on “Link a card or bank” on the left side box that says “Banks and cards”;
  4. Click again on “Link a card or bank” on the left side box that says “Payment Methods";
  5. Now click on “Link a bank account” and select your preferred bank;
  6. Follow the instructions given;
 
Option C:
  1. Log into your PayPal account - https://www.paypal.com;
  2. Click on “Summary” on the top menu (if you are not there already);
  3. Click on “See how much you can send with PayPal” on the lower left side box that says “More about your account”;
  4. Select your preferred account linking option (if available);
  5. Follow the instructions given;
 
As soon as you finish linking your account, go back to Nuuvem and you should be able to finish your transaction with any of your preferred payment methods! :)
 
It’s important to bear in mind that if you chose to link your account information manually (by using the “2 deposits option”, rather than the bank login method), your PayPal account will not be considered verified until you complete the entire process. Unfortunately this might take up to two days to complete. :/

Also, if even after linking your bank account you still cannot complete your transaction, e-mail us.
