How to cancel orders with "waiting payment" status


To cancel your order follow the steps below:

1) Log in to your Nuuvem account and go to the Orders.

2) In the order you want to cancel, select this option.

3) After selecting the cancellation, carefully read the warning that will appear on your screen.

4) If you are positive that you wish to proceed with canceling your order, simply select YES and your order will be canceled.



ATTENTION:
 
  • This is an action that can not be undone;
  • Make sure the order you are canceling has not actually been paid.
  • Canceling a paid order does not result in a refund. If you'd like to refund a paid order but the payment has not been approved, please wait for payment approval and contact our support.
